Superfoods: Honey and Soybean & Adzuki Bean

Back to the Superfoods -=≡Σ(((⊃゚∀゚)つ

Honey
"Power Food in Ancient Greece"

Honey has been used for healing wound and rough (dry) skin since ancient time.

Ancient Greek Olympic athletes were taking Honey and fig as daily food for developing physical strength.

Honey is an anti-oxidant and an anti-bacterial, and lowers the blood sugar.

Honey is also hygroscopic that absorbs moisture from the air, and is a moisturizer that gathers the moisture to the skin.

Therefore Honey is not only eaten but also used for facial musk.
Honey facial musk
mmm... looks good?(゚_。)?(。_゚)?

Honey on pancakes with butter
I rather this than facial musk

Soybean & Adzuki Bean
"Antidote" ☜ヾ(@^▽^@)ノ you like this sound! Right!?

Soybean contains isoflavone that effective for osteoporosis, menopausal disorder and breast cancer.

Many beauty essence products that contain isoflavone are in the market, because isoflavone has moisturizing effect.

Adzuki Bean detoxifies body wastes.

Yes, your favorite key word "DETOX" ☆★☆>w(^0^)w<☆★☆

Often I talk to my patients, "think "what you want to detoxify. what your toxin is'".

Many businesses are using "DETOX" for just their catch phrase.

And the body wastes do not come out from your feet Ψ(`∀´)Ψ
Soybean
When Japanese talk about Soybean, usually remember this one.

Edamame
I think most of American people know about this.
This is Soybean too, just boiled when it is young.

Adzuki beans

Sekihan (Red Rice)
Japanese eat this when they celebrate something
(enrolled to school, got a job, passed exam, etc.)
Half regular rice, half sticky rice.
You really need sesame seeds (*^ー゚)b ♪

I was feeling like "give up" to find 2 introduced Superfoods mixed up dish this time.
