How many hours do you sleep?
I ask that for my patients at their first visit.
In general, they say 8 hours are good enough sleeping time to health.
The Telegraph report, "Seven hours sleep keeps the brain sharp" (click here to read the article).
Yes, sleeping time is very important for us,
but I focus more "how deep" than "how long".
I recomend to use Sobakawa Pillow for deep sleep.
That did not work enough?
